Carrie Duck knows about moving as she has sustained 11 moves, both in-town as well as cross-country, over the last two decades. Helping people get ready to embark on one of the biggest moments of their lives and assisting to make it easier for them is her primary goal. Organization in preparation is key to a smooth transition and getting a home staged properly so it sells quickly brings peace of mind during an otherwise stressful time.Carrie graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Elementary Education and loves applying the organization and creativity required for the classroom to home staging. Carrie lives with her husband, three fiercely independent girls and (is slightly obsessed with) her Boxer, Lucy. She is grateful for having found a career that so wholly encompasses her strengths and passion.

Kristy Hausman brings nearly two decades of Community Leadership to the table, sharing her insights on organization, problem-solving, and relationship building. The skills she has acquired contribute to the secret sauce behind The Davis Real Estate Group’s competitive advantage, Home Staging. Since joining the group in 2018 as a Lead Stager, Kristy has used her staging vision to help our clients turn their homes into homes that sell quickly and for top dollar. Her professional and empathetic nature helps our clients by making the process as simple and as easy as possible. Kristy graduated from Texas A&M University in the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of ’96. Her husband, three children, and three dogs live active lives in Wylie, where they have resided for 16 years. When she is not helping her clients get their homes ready to sell, you can find her enjoying much loved time with her family.
