Now that we can hopefully all think a little more clearly, we wanted to bring up some real estate topics that it might make sense to consider and address this Fall.  Even if you have no plans to move in the immediate future, you do not want to neglect one of your largest assets — your home!  We want to be your resource for ALL things real estate so take a look at the below items as just a small sample of things we can help you evaluate!

• Do you ever wonder how much your house is worth?  Even if you have no immediate plans to move, it is good to know the value of your home — for financial planning, calculation of net worth, homeowner’s insurance updates, potential removal of PMI & so much more.
• What’s going on with interest rates?  If you bought in mid 2022 through 2024, it could be time to consider refinancing (interest rates are currently around the mid-6% range, down from the high of around 8% in Nov/Dec ’23 with strong data that they will continue to decrease this Fall).
• Do you worry about what repairs and maintenance items you should be keeping up with?  We have tons of info & expertise to provide here!
• Would you like an opinion on updates or renovations — which ones make sense to tackle and which ones could add the most value to your home?  We have lots of experience & data here too!
